2. No Refunds After Activation
No refunds are provided after subscription activation. Once you receive your login credentials and activate your subscription, the service is considered delivered and accepted. At that point, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
3. Service Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee that your subscription credentials will be delivered within 24 hours of purchase. If the service is not delivered within this timeframe through no fault of your own, you may be eligible for a full refund.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund for undelivered service, you must:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
- Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, payment receipt)
- Explain the reason for the refund request
- Provide evidence that the service was not delivered within 24 hours
5. Refund Timeline
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Automatic Renewal Refunds
If you cancel your subscription before the automatic renewal date, no charges will be applied. If you are charged for a renewal you did not authorize, contact us immediately for assistance. Unauthorized renewal charges may be refunded within 30 days of the charge.
7. Payment Method Issues
If your payment was declined or failed, you will not be charged. If you were charged multiple times due to a payment processing error, contact us immediately with proof of the duplicate charges, and we will investigate and process a refund if warranted.
8. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation of your subscription does not automatically result in a refund. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and no further charges will be applied. However, any fees already paid are non-refundable unless the service was not delivered as promised.
9. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Service not delivered within 24 hours of purchase
- Duplicate or unauthorized charges
- Technical errors resulting in incorrect billing
- Violation of applicable consumer protection laws
10. Chargeback and Dispute Process
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider (chargeback), we will investigate the claim. Chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.
